Our first time to visit Lake Placid. We really enjoyed our stay at Lake Grassy Inn. The owner was very nice and very helpful.
The view from the patio area was incredible. Very relaxing and peaceful.

This home was perfect for our family: * In an excellent neighborhood * Clean and super spacious * Tastefully decorated with well-made upscale furniture and decor that was in excellent condition * Fully stocked with everything we needed… so much better than a hotel room * It even included appliances that I haven’t yet purchased for my home! They thought of everything, and it was a pleasure to stay here. We thoroughly enjoyed playing pool together as a family at the billiard table. As well as the Santa Express Steam Engine ride, followed by the good old-fashioned town parade in the evening. This quaint town is an absolute gem. The owner was very accommodating, responded immediately when contacted, and was easy to talk to. This home was a win all around for us! We will definitely be returning. Loved the lakeview.
Loved the lakeview. Faces east, so we got the moonrise and sunrise too. Old school motel style, but the inside has obviously been renovated recently. Bathroom and kitchenette were nice. Fishing on Lake Grassy and Lake placid can and has been really good. Unfortunately during our stay there was a front and we were a bit early in the year. Great relaxing stay when your only worry is catching fish and eating lunch on a beautiful lake.AAnonymous - 2.0Scored 2.0

The motel as a whole needs a makeover. Room had garbage remments from previous guest. Had to kick bottom of door hard to get it to open. T.v picture was of very bad quality. Gap at bottom of door for bugs to come in. Would never recommend.AAnonymousUnited States of America

It was easy to book well explained, and when I arrived, everything was exactly what it should’ve been very spacious house, three bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, well equipped, really really nice private backyard, and a quiet, quiet neighborhood. The house is like a three bedroom luxury hotel all the sheets were very soft, and the towels were very thirsty, which is a good thing and also a 2 car garage.
